Paid €60 for an 8 inch canvas and have waited almost a month for my order to arrive and it is still not here. Paid almost €10 for full tracking yet the tracking page is blank and I have received no information from the company whatsoever. Would not recommend, plenty of other websites do a better job for a better price.

It has been exactly 20 days since I placed my order and it JUST got sent to an artist a few days ago despite claims of "4-6 days" from ordering to seeing artist rendition. It's now 5 days till Christmas and I have yet to even see what my product will look like to be able to accept it or review it and get it shipped out. So disappointed. I understand Christmas rush but this is ridiculous. I even paid extra for an expedited process for nothing. There are so many other services like Crown & Paw that i feel the need to give caution to others and suggest trying another service like etsy or support some small buisness artist and commission them to do it.

Seriously? I ordered this gift on December 3rd and have yet to receive a proof. I've emailed to ask for a status update and have heard nothing back. However, I can't even count the amount of spam email I've gotten since then. If you want a better review, improve your customer experience.
