Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

It would be nice if when there is a problem that a person is notified by email. I kept waiting for the preview and nothing. Crickets. Finally signed in and there was the message. Happened a second time. A little communication goes a long way. It could have been all said and done very quickly.

The mobile site filtering and search were not very effective. It was more difficult to navigate than other retail sites. The uploading of pictures was also a pain. I had tried to use the button that would allow you to access your Google photos directly but it kept giving me errors when trying to upload. I had an easier time navigating the "upload from your phone" option although that kicked me out once during photo upload.

I am not receiving any email notifications from you for key order status items. I got an order confirmation email and this survey email, but I received no actual notification or email for when the art preview was ready for review (both times). Kind of hard to get something to ship if I am not being told it is ready for my authorization to print and ship. Might want to look into that.

J'aurais aimé avoir un aperçu avec ma photo.

It asked me twice if i wanted my order expedited, first time for $10 then when i said no, it offered me a discount. I thought this was greasy business. that offer should be opted at check out, if exist at all. Honestly it shouldnt exist. Just an excuse to squeeze more money i feel. And after i already tipped too. I dunno i just feel its not really cool. But whatev, as long as pic is good i guess i dont really care

First, I do not think it was obvious or even stated that there cannot be changes made to the theme. I might have missed it but I wished there was a comment section while ordering the artwork. Second, the customer service team have been great to work with but the changes we've agreed seem to not be communicated at all or properly to the respective parties. For an example, I wanted to change the order from the football theme to the step brothers, but I got an email showing the preview work of the football theme. Was the designer(s) not aware of this change because I feel bad they had to do this extra work. Additionally, in the email exchange with the customer service, there was a question of the order of the dogs (which dog should be on the left and on the right). The art preview for the step brothers theme showed the dogs in the incorrect order. Not a huge deal but these things shouldn't have occurred in the first place, especially when these details were supposed to be transmitted to the designers.

I would like to have been able to see a low rez proof of the picture to know if the pictures I selected were acceptable.

The experience was great in the shop and approving the artwork. However, I am still waiting for it to be shipped after the estimated deadline for shipping. I have not received any information about why is it so slow to print 2 mugs or what is causing the delay. Also, paid extra for the faster shipping. It was supposed to be a gift but it is not helpful if it is going to be late like two weeks in the end.
