Ordered at the begining of december for christmas and still not sent the 22nd so i won't get it for christmas its way too long !

Made my order of a week ago and have not heard any feedback on the state of my order. Tried writing a help ticket, no response there either.

I am a screen reader user and had a heck of a time navigating forms on your site, there were also modal popups that were intrusive and interruptive to the process. I ended up accidentally sending myself the gift card, not my friend as intended..... now I'm in process of trying to sort out via customer support.

The product was excellent. The customer service was horrible. It took a month to get to me.

I would really like to rate higher but I haven't received my item yet. I know custom pieces take time but it's been nearly a month and it hasn't shipped. Odd because it's been completed for more than a week. This long process should be advertised as such especially during the holiday season. It's also my first purchase and I didn't receive my 1st purchase coupon until after I checked out. I really hope it's worth the wait. So far not wowed.

Dealing with customer support was extremely challenging. Trying to have a simple order adjustment was slow, painful and ultimately unachievable. This lack of support and the already long shipping process means the purchase won’t be delivered for its intended use. Very frustrating all around.

I have kept asking for changes and it keeps coming back looking the same and now I’m worried about whether I’ll be happy with the order and if it’ll arrive in time

I was unable to review the status of my order because their system did not capture it. Website is easy to use but their system issues are causing a delay in receiving this gift. Its been 11 days and still have not received any update on my order.
