Ordered Oct 30, still have not received it. Each email is responded by a different person so it's like you are starting all over again, all responses are delayed and generic. They clearly do not know how to handle a high volume of orders or dealing with international shipping.

The first order was perfect, no problems. So I ordered again on 1st December, with this message to follow on 10th December: “Here’s a quick update! If you placed an order on or before December 1, you should expect to see your artwork proof in the next 2-4 days (if you haven't already!). If you placed an order between December 2 and December 5, you should expect to see your artwork proof in 4-6 days.” I’ve had no proofs or updates since and it’s now 20th December. I’m very disappointed as there were promises that these prints would arrive before a certain date. I’m not sure what’s going on and they have been paid!

I placed an order for 2 paintings on Dec 1. I paid the extra amount to jump into the skip the line queue for my art to be done in time for Christmas. The email said to expect art to be ready for preview in 5-6 days and for the order to arrive in 2-3 weeks from order date. It is 19 days as of today with nothing to show for it. My order took a week and a half to be “processed” and a week and a half “ready to send to artist”. This is absolutely ridiculous and clearly it’s not going to arrive in time for Christmas 5 days from now. I honestly just want a refund and don’t care to receive these anymore.

I paid for an expedited process. It still has not come. You haven’t even sent me artwork to approve. I’ve emailed and messaged you but you haven’t responded. It’s been weeks. I thought I’d get it by Christmas. Boooooooo!

No updates for weeks after ordering, even with paying extra for faster processing. Probably really busy right now, but should not offer that option if it is still going to be incredibly slow with no communication about when to expect anything.

After placing an order 3 weeks ago, there has no further communication. I have emailed twice by different methods without response. Surely, this Christmas gift is not coming. Will have to initiate a chargeback with my cc.
