So far, a great experience! Looking forward to my item.

I found the website easy to use and was able to submit my order quickly. However, my order is still being fulfulled 14 days later. It took about 3 days to get a proof of the artwork after it was submitted to the artist, which felt completely reasonable. I took a couple days to decide on an edit i wanted. Took a few more days to receive the updated artwork, which I approved within a couple hours of receipt, but after 4 full days it still hasn't gone to print. Disconcerted with the timing, but am still very excited to see the end result! UPDATE - the artwork arrived 2 days after my initial review! The dashboard just wasn't showing me the correct status, maybe I approved it too fast. ;-) As I hoped, I am thrilled with the results of the portrait. My dog looks JUST like the picture, but more regal. I will be putting in another order for a gift soon.

They give you the chance to see the work before to print it and, in my opinion, it is a great service because in this way it is up to the customer decide if it looks good or not. I am waiting for my picture; I hope it will look as nice as it was on my laptop monitor. That is why I don't give 5 stars...just because my experience is ongoing!

The only thing I would say is that there should be an option to upload a second photo.

Love this website and the products offered, however I believe there used to be an “explorer” character and I don’t see it anymore. I settled for young king but I’m still happy with my choice.

I think that the website is really well designed and I definitely appreciated the filter options when searching through the different options. If I could make one suggestion it would be to work toward making the process of picking out the outfits, adding the picture, picking out the item type simpler. I would do this by having steps. For example step 1 pick the outfit/ look (at this step all of the same filters could be available) then step 2 add the picture, step 3 pick the product type. I think this would definitely make the process smoother. Overall great website and great concept.

This is my first order with Crown and Paw. I think I would like to have more contact during the initial order. I am not sure how long it will take for me to find out if my photos are proper for use in these projects. Your work and reviews seem really good but more feedback or assurance from you during the initial phases would be helpful. Thank you for listening.
