I purchased a portrait for my son on December 4th. My bank was immediately charged, in full, for the product. I received an email that said it would take 4-6 days for them to review my photo and send me an email to approve the artwork. It’s been over two weeks and nothing has happened. Three emails to the company have gone unanswered. So I’m certain I will not have a Christmas present for my son in five days. But I’m without my money, without answers to my questions and both my inbox and email get spammed from this company at least daily. If i could give this company zero stars, I would.

Ordered on November 17th and the canvas hasn’t even shipped as of Dec 20th. SO disappointing! The initial proof took five days longer than quoted and the art itself was fine. I contacted support and received a generic apology email five days ago...but no status update since.

So easy to order! I haven’t received my preview yet so I can’t review that, but the website is easy to use and I can’t wait to see it! Update: going to cancel!! I ordered on 12/13 and it says it is still ready to ship to artist. I paid for the digital print also because it said it would be here before Christmas... nope. Tried to contact company at least 4 emails. No response but they keep sending me ads. Angry is an understatement. Stay away

I’ve waited 17 days and have yet to even see an image. Misleading timelines and won’t arrive in time for the holidays at this stage. So disappointing.

I’m writing today to share my frustration with the experience I’ve had with this purchase from Crown and Paw. It is now a month since I placed this order, prior to Thanksgivingon November 22nd, and my item still hasn’t shipped. At this point, this item (a gift) will not likely make it to me prior to Christmas. This is very frustrating, as this is way outside your website’s stated timeline of 10-14 days during busy periods. - I ordered on November 22nd. - I sent the first of 2 inquiry emails 9 days later in Dec 1st because I had not received artwork to approve. - 2 days later on the 3rd (now 11 days in) I received a generic apology response that didn’t address the status of my specific order. - 7 days later on Dec 10th (now 18 days in), I sent a second email because I still hadn’t received artwork to approve. - 2 days later on the 12th (now 20 days in) I received yet another generic apology email, but didn’t address the specific status of my order. - Finally, 3 days later on Dec 15th (now 23 days in) I received an email to review and approve my artwork, which I did within a 1/2 hour of receiving the email on that same day. I immediately approved, with NO requested changes or edits. - Now 5 days later on Dec 20th (28 days in) I have yet to receive notification that printing has been completed, nor that my item has shipped. 23 days to submit and receive artwork to be approved is in fact 9 days longer than the quoted timeline on your website, which states: “Place your order Your art will be ready to preview in 10-14 days during busy periods (usually 1-2 days). Preview your portrait, request edits, or approve for printing!” We are now 28 days in total, and still counting, with the presumption that this item will not be received in time to give as the gift it was intended to be. This is indeed quite frustrating, and more than a little disappointing. By order prior to Thanksgiving, and prior to Black Friday, and prior to Cyber Monday, I had hoped to have avoided this type of delay.
