Website interface was easy to navigate. Filter for products worked efficiently.. the only disadvantage is that you cannot see a sample of finished product. The end result remains a surprise until item arrives—which does make it fun.

I have been looking at your website for months and now was finally the right time to order. My only issue with your process is that I cannot just access pictures from my camera roll. I rarely post pictures on social media so I was disappointed that I had to upload a photo just to be able to get one on the site

Super easy to upload design. Right now I’m waiting for my artist drawing and that’s taking a bit longer than expected. But hopefully it turns out good!

Love the idea and site was easy to use but I'd love to see my print BEFORE full payment. Would also love if I could submit multiple photos so as the experts you could pick what photo looked best. Thanks guys, look forward to seeing my proof soon!

The website was good and pretty user friendly.

I wish we would be able to submit two or three photos and have a rough draft of how they might look. I used to be a professional graphic designer so I simply mocked mine up in photoshop, but having an application that does a quick and dirty mock-up for you would be super useful for choosing the right photo.

This is a very customer friendly experience. I just ordered our 4th portrait and we are optimistic that it will be as great as the other ones. It's great fun picking out the portrait that matches your pet's character!
