I did not like the photo preview I was sent and when I asked to submit a new photo, no one ever responded. I am canceling the order for a refund.

It’s been almost a month and nothing, the tracking says it’s been at the same distribution center for 2 weeks !!!!! Not happy at all

Very bad customer service. I ordered my art over a month ago. Just received the proofs 2 days ago. I sent an email to make sure they would be here before Christmas and they emailed me 3 days later saying it would be here the weekend after Christmas, even after assuring me they would expedite and overnight it fi needed....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Crown and Paw...BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I received someone else’s order. And... my order is nowhere in sight.

The proof they sent was terrible. When I said it wasn't good enough, they charged me a $10 cancellation fee. Scam.

I ordered a image on 12/7 and emailed company over 10 times with zero response or reply. Took my money and ghosted me. What a shame. Worse service ever! Stay away and try a competitive business. Dave your money. Poor service.

It's been 19 days and I haven't gotten any feedback or support on my order.

It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received a sample of my order or a notice of when it’ll arrive.
