Worst company ever! No merchandise, no answers. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!@

I placed my order in late November. The initial proof only took a day or two (I did pay to jump the line as I wanted to ensure delivery by Christmas), and the 1 revision I requested was granted quickly, and I approved my order for print. A few days later I got an email that my order was ready to ship. The next day I received an email that it had shipped and tracking information. The tracking information hasn't moved since that day, and the order on Crown And Paw's website doesn't show as shipped at all. I sent an email to ask for clarification about the order. I sent a separate email via their Contact Us form. Neither email has received a response (which they say should happen in 24 hours, and it's been 4 days), and the package that I paid an extra $20 to "jump the line" for hasn't moved since December 7 and I assume will not be here in time for Christmas. I feel like this company took my money and has no interest in helping me locate my order or even answer an email.

Paid for "queue jump", expedited shipping and despite being promised that I'd receive my art preview in a few days and that shipping for all orders was being upgraded to account for high demand, it took three weeks to even receive my preview, which was four days before Christmas. Now I'm screwed for two gifts, I can't afford to buy anything else and one of the two orders looks like crap. What a joke.

No response to query regarding order. Order tracking also not working.

Believe the painting I ordered will be nice but completely misleading delivery times in the website and no gift to give on Christmas. My order was dispatched on the Nov 30th (International shipment is 10-15 days of delivery time) - It's 21st December and I don't think the order will arrive on time for Christmas. Really hate depending on these kind of websites in which delivery is unreliable and random. If you want to order from this website with a deadline in mind, you have to order waaaay before the EDD provided to assure you get it on time.

I sent you multiple pics, was denied and you stated for me to take a picture with all of the criteria that had been already met and I cannot get a hold of a live person for further instructions

I ordered from the website on the night of Dec 4,2020 based on the claim on their website that turnaround time is 10-14 days during busy seasons which I figured meant Christmas. 16 days later and I have not received my order. The picture of the pet I submitted got approved after a day, so my request has allegedly been with the artist this entire time. Despite my kind attempts to reach out to customer service about my order taking more than the 10-14, I simply get told my order is being worked on. I would order 3 months in advance IF AT ALL from this place.
