I think it’s great. I did wish I could change to view to see all the picture items side by side for comparison (or maybe just click a few and compare my favorites) but overall it was pretty easy to order once I decided what I wanted

Everything went well. Navigating the site was simple. I’m super excited to give these items to my in laws and parents for Christmas!! However I did encounter some issues when I was trying to upload my photos. I selected a template which had 2 dogs. It would only allow me to upload 1 photo. When I tried to do the second it was asking me if I wanted to “change” the photo. I reached out to customer service and they were great. They told me to upload the one and send the other photo to them via email. When I looked at my dashboard it looks like my initial photos I selected weren’t used. I did ask if I needed to upload a picture with the 2 dogs in it or if I needed to upload 2 individual pictures, which I was told 2 pictures are fine. Besides that I’m excited to see the final product!!

The navigation was a little wonky, but all and all love this site!! Would appreciate a wider assortmentof back Grounds! Would like some more queen styled girly back Grounds, and if you could do something with wizards and doctor who that would be great. Would love to see my huskies floating through space in a tardis. Would be awesome! Thanks.

It is fairly easy, but the feed back is a little disconcerting. They may want to consider putting in another "check" or validation point some where in the process to help it feel more legitimate. I get that this is a weird statement as user experience is important but as a buyer sometimes you need to have a little speed bump to make it more visceral and real. Not everyone is an introverted cave troll... I think this really only pertains to first time buys but something to consider. It's the only reason I didn't give 5/5 stars. So far, without receiving any product the process or valid art work the process seems good.

The website worked well on my desktop but was a little slow and not as easy to navigate on a smartphone. Otherwise great experience so far, although I haven't received my order yet.

My only suggestion would be that there is a rough computer generated version of what the art would look like as soon as your photo is uploaded, so that it’s easier to decide which outfit would look best :) Otherwise, easy to use!

I have not received the order yet and am hoping to get it by Christmas. It would be helpful to have the estimated delivery date visible before payment but, I figured I ordered in time and so I hope it is fine. Otherwise, everything is very good.
