I placed my order over a month ago and the customer dashboard still shows that it in the printing process. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have heard nothing back. You would think a month would have been plenty of time to receive the print for a Christmas gift. The beginning process was efficient, but now I don't have a product or answers! Frustrating.

I paid extra to "skip the line" and get expedient processing and over 2 weeks later and nothing has happened on your end. I still haven't got a mock-up to review which your site says would take 10 - 14 days during the busy season and that's without the rushed processing I paid extra for! Apparently your site is full of lies and extra charges that mean nothing. I'm thoroughly disappointed that this gift won't arrive in time for Christmas and honestly never see myself shopping here again.

I've been trying to follow-up on my order that I placed early December and I have no received a response back, nor has progress been made on my order. My order included paying extra to "jump the queue". I am very disappointed with my experience so far, as my purchase is a main christmas gift for my girlfriend.

I ordered this on December 12 with expedited shipping. This hasn't even gone to the artist yet. I really wanted this for the holiday as this was the point of the purchase. The lack of communication about order delays and lack of ETA is the main problem. Status still just says, "ready to send to artist". It hasn't even made it to the artist yet.

I ordered my poster over a week ago. I was supposed to receive a proof in 2 to 3 days. I still have not received a proof! I was hoping to have this gift in time for Christmas which I paid expedited shipping for. I have reached out several times to customer support and have not received one reply. So, I am not satisfied whatsoever with the customer service. And I have no idea what the product is even going to look like at this point

I placed an order for a portrait on December 7th. As of december 21, I have not received any draft proofs/art to approve, which means the portrait will almost certainly not be delivered in time for its intended purpose - a holiday gift.

I ordered a portrait for my brother for Christmas. He was laid off during the pandemic and has had a lot of trouble finding a new job. I thought this would be the perfect pick-me-up for him. I placed my order on December 7th. The website suggested to place my order on December 10th the latest to get it by Christmas, which I did. It said it takes 9-10 days to be sketched and approved and it has been 14 days I still have not been able to preview my portrait. There is still a few days until Christmas but by the time it is approved and completed and shipped, I would be so surprised if it arrived before Christmas. Would not have ordered if I knew it wouldn't be here for Christmas...... Very disappointed. Also, my friend ordered a portrait 2 DAYS after me and has already viewed theirs..... don't understand how that is possible.
