Have two orders pending. Ordered nov 26 and dec 7...had not even been able to preview to approve either one. Emailed customer support and have heard nothing.

This is a terrible company. I ordered my package on the 5th with the queue jump, and, as of the 21st, have not received any sort of proof or communication other than emails to buy more. I have tried to be patient as it is one of the busiest times of the year, but this is just ridiculous and a total scam.

I’ve been waiting for tracking information for weeks now. Was told the package would be here before Christmas and it doesn’t look likely at this point. Any type of email would help.

I ordered from here on Dec 5 as a Christmas gift to my in-laws. I paid extra for rush order shipping getting it in 2-4 weeks. There is no phone number for this place to see where my order is. I have emailed the company Crown & Paw several times to see where my canvas is to give as 'the big gift' for Christmas I have bragged about. If someone from this company sees this review please contact Holly the person that ordered Dec 5th. They have a link on the website that says CLICK HERE to check on order status. Whenever I click on it and put in my order number it literally in big bold letters just says ORDER STATUS. But that is it. Literally nothing else. I have used my phone, computer and laptop to make sure its not a blocker setting or something. Just literally no info pops up.

I never got my order.. or any update on when it will arrive. Every time I click on “track order” it doesn’t show me anything. This is my biggest gift this year and now I’m disappointed

Stay away from Crown and Paw. When ordering on December 3rd they said 2 to 4 weeks to receive, so I knew it might be close for Christmas. 18 days later they've only got to step 1, ready to send my pictures to an artist, which is their very first step in the process, with 4 more steps before they ship. They're not answering any of my questions now. Very frustrated.

Bad customer service, heavy delays, still wants to charge for no product, won’t be trying this company again.
