The products are amazing - furbabies are the best. But the UI is a bit messy? Not sure if that is the right word. Not mobile friendly. When searching or looking through designs and products, its a bit...cluttered, maybe thats the word? Its not a clean visual and made me want to hurry up and be done ordering? Totally a Global North problem and not a huge deal, I just figure the UI is the face of the company and since Im super excited for the product, I thought Id be honest on that front. Thats all. 😁

most photo editing apps or sites you can at the least see a draft version. I mean we can simply process the edit on our phone and have them printed. That is the only thing I didnt like. but I did read that if we dont like the photo we get our money back. so that helped. cant wait Thanks

Everything was great and easy to use. The only thing that I think would make this process easier and also more reassuring would be to be able to see a preview of what it will look like. It's difficult to choose the right picture with the angles and different costumes. If I could see how each picture would look somehow it would boost buyer confidence. I know a number of people who wanted to buy this stuff for their pets but didn't go through with it because they weren't sure it would turn out as well as the ones on the website. But you could change that. Think about it! Also it might be useful if you allowed the customers to crop the costumes to fit their liking. Maybe one wants from the waist up. Another the chest up or shoulders up. Just a though. Anyway thanks!

The buying process was good. I am still waiting on the review of my product though.

The website was pretty clean, but I did have trouble uploading my photos. I first tried uploading a .jpeg and encountered errors. Then I tried uploading a .HEIC file and that gave me an error. It was only when I converted to a .png did it finally work.

Great company. Slower than anticipated, but it is the busy Christmas rush. Love the portrait.
