Omg- i can’t get anyone to respond- I was supposed to get a proof 5 days ago and nothing.

12/22/20: Customer service is slow at best. I placed my order on 11/26, and I will not have the two things I ordered for Christmas. Not only this, but Crown&Paw doesn’t even show both pieces that I ordered. I received one proof for approval about a week ago, and still nothing. I’m hoping that I at least get the pieces that I ordered at some point, but will NEVER order from them again. Very disappointing. Is this a class-action suit for breach or theft or something? Seems I am not the only one who has had money stolen and no product or communication. Hmmm- update 1/4/21: Have FINALLY gotten a proof of both pictures I ordered. At this point, I am so pissed about the timeliness of this, that I honestly don’t freaking care how great these pictures are. The only reason I think I got a response at all is because I commented about how angry I am on Crown&Paw’s Facebook page. Will update if I ever receive my ordered items.

I placed an order on 5/12/2020 for a physical and digital copy. I received an email on 10/12/2020 saying that I should see the proof image in 4-6 days. It's the holidays. I get that this is a busy time of year for the company. I'll wait that extra time. No problem. It's now 21/12/2020 and I still haven't heard anything back from the company. No proof image. No update on the progress of my purchase. Nothing. I'm beginning to wonder if anything is coming at all... I understand if they may be overwhelmed with orders. That would be fine, but not hearing ANYTHING about the progress of my order is making me nervous that I spent a lot of money for nothing. I really wanted to like this company and I hope that I'm just anxiously overreacting. Unfortunately, as each day passes I'm becoming more and more convinced that I've been bamboozled. Yeah, I said bamboozled. It's a painfully underutilized word.

Haven’t received any word on what I ordered no email nothing..

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Crown and Paw. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have still not received a proof to review. I have checked in with the customer service team who still has not gotten back to me or provided a reason for the delay. This order was placed as a gift and will no longer make it in time. At this point, I would not recommend this company.

Your company lied about when my order would be done. It is going on 5 days late and it is still not done per you Dec. 9th Facebook/Instagram post that said it would be completed by Dec. 16/17th.

it’s been three weeks and I’ve had zero communication about the status of my order. it was meant to be a christmas gift, that has now been ruined.
