You keep asking for a review for an item that I placed on Dec 14, its moved along no further than that. Had I know this wasn't even going to be close to being done by Christmas I certainly wouldn't have bought this. You may want to adjust your auto-responders to a later date, you know like when someone actually has the order in their hands... I'm sure you have a nice product, but your marketing could be more tactful. Thanks -Jeff

It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order and they still have not even sent the picture to me for approval, let alone anywhere near shipping it out in time for Christmas, in 3 days. Pretty angry about this since it’s supposed to be a present

Ordered weeks ago and don't even have the proof to approve, much less any hope of the product actually being shipped. I sure get a ton of spam trying to sell more though. I literally am concerned that the company is legit.

I did not receive a confirmation email to identify my order, nor did I receive an email with a proof for printing approval. I wrote the company on their web form with my inquiry and have not heard back (that was four days ago). I also wrote their “support@“ email, listed on their website, and have not heard back (that was two days ago). The company does not have a phone number. This item was to be received before Christmas...but I cannot even get ahold of anyone to locate my $100+ purchase.

Super upset about the customer service for this product. I understand they are behind due to the pandemic and the holiday, however I placed an order on December 4, and it hasn’t even been drawn up yet. They sent an email saying if the order is placed in the first week of December to expect 6 more days.. it’s December 22 and I still have not heard anything after numerous emails and Instagram DMs. Really upsetting.

I haven’t received my order yet. I’m not sure what it would look like I’m sure they do an excellent job as I have seen the work and examples. But I paid an extra 20 dollars to have it moved to priority in the queue and they haven’t even started on it yet and that was almost 10 days ago. If you order from them don’t pay the extra money to get quicker. It’s a rip off .
