Ordered on Dec 4th for Christmas still haven't received even a review! I never would have ordered this if i didn't know i wouldn't have it by Christmas!!!

No communication about my now very late order that will not make it by Christmas as promised. I have sent 2 inquiries with no reply. I will soon cancel this order and if need be have Paypal get involved. I have not even gotten step 2 where there artist sends the proofs. on my 3 week plus old order. Very disappointed as I order 3 Pet Pics and extras. Do not waste you time or money with Crown & Paw.

Zero feedback on order progress since it was placed three weeks ago. The order was paid in full at the start... it’s entirely possible this is a scam.

Sent my payment of $131.00 for one picture. Have received zero updates and it’s now day 21. Christmas is in 3 days and my gift to my parents was a scam. Lost the money and a perfect gift for their dog that passed away yesterday. It’s 2020, what else could one expect.

Do not order from this company. Does not actually fulfill orders or respond to emails. Totally dodgy. Reporting them now.

Pretty poor. Ordered in November, website looked great and marketing is good, but absolutely poor experience and no actual product to review. Paid additional money for priority service in order to guarantee before Christmas. Should have arrived 14th December, still nothing from the company. Contact with the company has been pretty easy, but each time they have clearly not been honest and despite assurances that it would have arrived by now, we have nothing and contact between us has now stopped. I would not recommend them, they have my money, made false assurances and have failed to deliver in time for Christmas despite taking additional money from me with the guarantee it would have arrived by now. I would urge anyone considering using this company to try an alternative, I’ve since searched and there are lots of other companies out there who can offer a similar product. Please don’t get caught out like I was. Never again.

I've been sent NUMEROUS marketing and sales emails (along with with a review request), and still have not heard or seen anything about the actual product I ordered...?!?

Its been 12 days and my photos still haven’t been sent to artist. How long does it take to email a photo? This was a Christmas gift that will be weeks late. Will be cancelling order and requesting refund. Would advise anyone to never use this service. I even paid for faster Expedited service
