Easy enough to find my old order number and use the artwork! Thanks! I tried to use the discount code given to me after an issue with the last order and it didn't work. I've emailed for help and if it's anything like last time, I'm sure it'll be resolved quickly. Thanks for such great products! <3

Sent artwork back for revision. It was not done. I got a second email back to review. I tried to send it back, after typing in my comments (less than 300 words) it would not allow me to submit. Ultimately just approved it without the the revisions being done (just asked for the third eyelids to be removed on my kitty, she has them up sometimes right after waking and unfortunately that just happend to be the best imaging timing with her).

They did an awesome job. It is so cute. Unfortunately it was delivered bent, which I know is a carrier issue. I would definitely order again.

Usually this has been easy, as I’ve ordered multiple times. Today, I had a lot of trouble loading the 3rd photo. It just wouldn’t download & I gave up a few times. It should be easier than this.

There are so many options and it's amazing! But also a lot to sort through. I was very pleased with how the website was set up. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because of the push to purchase a prioritize option after purchase, ask me once cool, ask me twice at a discount from the initial offer, I was shaking my head, I don't want a rush, I prefer it done the right way.
