I have still not received my product. I have tried to contact by email. This was a Christmas gift for my mother. Still have not even seen the proof…. However they took the 74$ out of my account weeks ago. Really disappointed. I love there products and have purchased in the past. Not sure what the issue is.

Ordered for guaranteed Christmas delivery on 12/10. Never responded to emails and sent out a general mass email assuring if you ordered by that specific date it was guaranteed to deliver by Christmas. Not only was that a lie, they refused to communicate with me blatantly ignoring my emails, which I had sent several. When I told them I no longer wanted the purchase because it hadn’t been delivered for Christmas Eve and now was useless, they told me too bad because they just shipped it on 12/27 and now they won’t give me a refund. I have used crown and paw before and thought the work was alright enough to trust them with my Christmas order. The lack of accountability for their error is absolutely insane. I basically was communicating with bots and had $100 stolen from me. Also extra service charges from my bank because apparently this is a international transaction? 0/10 rating.

Put in the code for free shipping. Got charged for shipping.

I placed an order on November 14th and still have not received it. Customer service claims that it was delivered; however, the tracking number they provided appears to be for someone else's order. I'm in NC and the delivery was to a front porch in CA. I have filed a complaint w/ the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and requested a refund with Crown & Paw...still no resolution. Do your research before ordering from this company; they have an F rating with the BBB and a documented history of scamming customers like me. I'LL SAY IT AGAIN, REFUND THE $120.90 I PAID FOR ORDER RESPONSE FROM C&P BELOW IS UNACCEPTABLE…I’VE SUBMITTED 5 REFUND REQUESTS W/ ORDER NUMBER 589210 TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS THEY PROVIDED. MOST RECENTLY ‘VAN’ IN CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSED MY REFUND REQUEST. I’VE FILED A FRAUD CLAIM W/ FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

I placed my order on Nov 30. I was informed via email that my order was shipped on Dec 12 and would arrive by Christmas. Today is Dec 27 and still no delivery. When I use the USPS tracking number you provided, I get no details, only that delivery will happen today. That msg has been appearing every day since Dec 16. When I put the tracking number on the USPS website, I get this msg: “Info available soon. USPS doesn’t have a status update on this item shipped from the Post Office. Info is usually updated within the hour of your visit. Please check back soon.” Where is my order?!

Ordered 3 items in early December. I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Received email to approve artwork and I submitted one revision. I didn’t hear back for WEEKS. I sent many emails and they were very unresponsive. They missed the Christmas guarantee. My items still have not shipped. I hope they offer me a partial refund for this. I’ve ordered from Crown & Paw before and the quality is excellent but this service makes me question whether I will ever place another order with them.

I ordered at the beginning of the month, and it’s now past Christmas, the order still hasn’t been shipped. For what we pay for this product, I’d would have thought I wouldn’t be waiting four weeks. Never again. I’m about to dispute the charge. Yes, it has now finally been delivered. After the new year.

A lot of people saying it took a long time to arrive… try a YEAR! Ordered on 21st December 2021 and still haven’t received anything. Nothing shipped; never had any further communication, nothing. Emailed multiple times over the past 12 months and heard nothing. Over £100 this order cost me and not even a reply to an email in the past year.
