The website is relatively easy to navigate. The options are plentiful and cute. I am still waiting on the preview, more than a week after placing my order however. So this is all I can say of Crown & Paw so far.

I would love to see the actual picture of the dog I put in before submitting my order but realize that's tough as far as AI goes. Maybe a confirmation email once it's been made to make sure the photo looks good would be a great solution.

Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to I have yet to receive the set preview. I was advised to receive the preview in a couple days but I still have not received the art preview. Other than that the site was super easy to operate and I cannot wait to see my moms reaction when she sees her two fur daughters memorialized in painting

Good stuff. Still waiting on my painting to be made. Hopefully gets here for Xmas like promised.

Website is easy to use

It would probably be a good thing to actually see a preview of your image in the actual product. Now, I understand that there are obvious copyright problems and possibly the technology is not "there" yet. Just a suggestion.

Easy to use and very organized! 4 stars instead of 5 because it would not allow me to “filter” my preferences on my iPhone. It kept bringing up all the options despite the filter. I had to switch to my laptop to get the filter to work. It wasn’t a big deal, but I do wish it was mobile device friendly.

Uploading the pillow pictures for family of three is a little difficult. You can upload separate pictures for canvas, however. I still haven’t been able to review my art so hopefully they received my changes in the email.
