Still no art 3 weeks later
First design was laughably bad. Cat's head was double the size it should have been. Ordered on Black Friday and after one edit, and it's still not here in time for Xmas. I am actually pissed I spent money on this.

My order has been waiting for someone to review it for 6 days. How is it supposed to arrive by Christmas if no one has even started it yet? I understand you say 9 days, but you are still advertising that orders made today 12/22 will arrive by Christmas, I don’t see how that is possible.

I ordered a picture. I paid over $100 dollars and have not received it nor have I received a confirmation email with a order number. Repeated attempts to contact the seller have not been responded to.

I have been waiting for my order for a month. I can't get anyone to respond to my messages. This was a gift that will now not arrive on time, if at all.

I’m asked to review but have had no contact since placing my order. I have yet to see a proof.

They don’t fulfill orders on time or respond to customer inquiries. You can write them an email, they won’t respond. If you comment on their social media they delete it. Do not give these people your money.

Terrible customer service. They claim creation times they cannot meet, do not communicate when weeks past due, refuse to answer email, and then post on Facebook trying to blame the delays on the postal service. They even messaged me on Facebook after I called them out and acted interested in my order (asking I email them). I indicated I asked them to consider the two previous emails which they continued to ignore. Unexpected delays can happen with increased volumes. This should lead to communication, an apology (and explanation) , and a revised estimate of timing. Instead they choose to ignore and blame others.

Lack of communication It has been 16 days and despite two messages I sent for an update on my order, I have received no update on my order. My order was placed Dec. 6th, and it is now Dec. 22. I am assuming this will not be done in time for Christmas as when I log on to my account, it just says an artist is working on it. I am very disappointed at the lack of communication regarding my order, and at the level of support when I try to get in contact with someone.
