Having ordered and paid extra for Christmas delivery my car rider has still not progressed to sent to artist. I have contacted twice now by email, guess what.... no reply. Avoid. Do not use. Find a different company!

This company is doing a horrible job dealing with their customers and lying to us in order to encourage buying fast in hopes that you will get these items before Christmas. I ordered on December 6th and have received minimal communication regarding order status. I was assured in an email from the President of the company that I would be receiving my items before Christmas. That was most definitely not true and I’m out $160 with no shipping date in sight. If this company is legitimate they’re doing a terrible job convincing me that it isn’t a scam. Beware ordering from this company, especially during busy seasons.

I placed an order over 10 days ago it’s still waiting to be sent to an artist and I haven’t heard back from anyone after I emailed to find out what’s going on. Pretty concerned this is a scam.

I would love to have a product to review, but since the only thing I have to base my experience off of is lack of communication and spam emails advertising their products, then I will review their customer service. I ordered on 12/1/2020 and have not even been sent proofs of the work that I can approve. This is made worse by the fact that an email was sent saying people who ordered December 1 or earlier should have received proofs by December 14 at the latest. I can imagine this is their busiest time of year, but the fact they are still advertising on their website a 10-14 day turnover is kind of unbelievable. If three weeks is not even close to enough time then don't sell expensive products with the promise they will be ready in two. I have also sent two emails at this point, no response. I kind of just want to know that I didn't send $100 into the abyss at this point, any acknowledgement would be nice.

I'm confused. Why do I keep getting reminders to rate Crown and Paw when I haven't seen a digital image of my photo or received a physical print of it yet? When will I see it and when will it be shipped? I have already been charged for this product and haven't seen any proof of production yet. Thank you for your help.

I haven't received updates about my order. Ordered the last week of November as a Christmas present hoping it would arrive before Christmas, but sadly I am clueless when it will get there. It has been approved by costumer for weeks now December, 22, 2020 and no indication that was sent to artist or mailed. Furthermore, I was told I placed my order on later day when evidently I received confirmation on 11/30/2020. My hope is that they at least apologize and process my refund request to cancel the order that fail to meet the timeline, service, and expectations.

I placed my order on December 4th and it is now December 22nd and I haven't received any update at all. The artwork proof was supposed to be ready in 4-6 days. The order tracking doesn't work and they have not replied to two emails I've sent nor responded on Facebook. Awful customer service.
