I have not received any confirmation about my order since I placed it on Dec 1oth (12 days later). I paid for expedited services.

I ordered a set of stickers over a month ago and have had very little communication from customer service to correct issue and that has delayed this gift to the point that we will not receive it in time for Christmas. I have emailed countless times and have had no response. I am beyond disappointed at this point.

I ORDERED A MONTH AGO AND HAVE RECIEVED 0 COMMUNICATION. I WAS GUARANTEED THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE DELIVERED BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY EMAILS AND THE PICTURE HASN'T EVEN BEEN SENT TO PRINT YET!

I ordered a portrait November 24th and have yet to receive it. I never seen a proof or anything for the order. They sent out emails stating all their orders will have proofs in a few days and now shipped priority but it’s been weeks since I have seen an update. For the price you pay I have yet to see the value of this product. There was many other pet portrait companies I saw on FB you may want to do some research before choosing Crown and Paw.

I have no tracking number. Never received a preview of what my order will look like. I have no idea where my order is or when it is expected. I ordered it two weeks ago for it to be here for Christmas and it looks like that’s not going to happen. Never ordering from here again.

I have reached out to this company 10 times trying to get a supervisor or manager of some sort. I ordered one of their canvases and paid the extra to be expedited. The same day I ordered from what I thought was them but was another company called Pawtraits or something and that canvas arrived already! This company here, no answers, no tracking. I wanted this as a Christmas gift. I offered to pay $100 extraaaa just to get it mailed by now. Nothing.

Ordered black Friday, 11.30. I have yet to see a proof of the artwork, and the customer dashboard has listed as "sent to artist" since 12.01. I would love for this to have been a Christmas present for my sister. Alas, it appears to be yet another 2020 dream.
