I ordered on the 3rd, was told on the 10th that I'd be getting a proof within 4-6 days, and I also paid for the expedited process. I still have yet to receive a proof and customer service is no longer responding to emails.

I ordered the brother in arms. The picture of the suits is blurry, and the photos of the dogs is dark. It looks nothing like the proof that was sent and accepted.

Do not use this company! I ordered a print and paid for the “quick option,” even though I should have had enough time(2-3 weeks). I began to be concerned that it would not arrive in time for Christmas, two weeks out and after multiple emails with my concerns, I received a response to my message saying that it would not be ready for Christmas and that I didn’t approve the artwork in time. I asked a follow up question to my artwork and it took them 3 weeks to respond to that, thus leaving the fault in their hands. I have cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. I am still waiting for a response and my refund! This company has very poor communication with their clients and I would not recommend using them.

Ordered for Christmas on November 28th, 2020. Advertised that it would come in time. Is no longer coming in time and they never reached out to tell me. I had to figure it out myself.

I enjoyed my first two orders and so I ordered many more and they have yet to arrive. I am getting nervous that they wont make it in time for Christmas.

Total mess. Slow, take money for digital downloads and expediting and then do not expedite or provide the digital download without you reaching out (they try to bill you twice). Avoid. There are better run services that do better cut and paste image work.

I paid an extra $18 to expedite my order, however, it has now been 2 weeks and I haven’t even received a proof of my order for approval.

I was told a draft of the portrait would be available in 2-3 days. It’s now been a week and the online dashboard says they haven’t even sent the photo to an artist yet. Emailed customer service and they couldn’t give me an estimate as to when a draft would be done.
