The search feature did not allow me to narrow stuff down as much as I would like which meant I had to scroll through much more product than I was interested in. However, the upload picture feature was easy and convenient.

They were quick and responsive during the ordering process and sent emails timely. I just haven’t received a preview of the painting yet. And it’s been over a week. Just wanted to make sure I can get it for Christmas.

I’m so excited for this gift for my parents who just lost their dog. I’m anxious for the next steps and for it to go to an artist. I keep checking and hope to see it come back soon so I can approve. I’m grateful that there is this service so I can bring a smile to my parents during this difficult time.

The website is slightly confusing that every product has a completely different page. It may be easier if you add them as different options.

I have not received a print to review and I placed my order November 29. I was supposed to receive a print to review by today and have not. It is a Christmas gift and I am worried about its delivery date. But, I love the canvas print choices and am hopeful this works out!

A little pricey, but it’s such a cute and unique idea! I can’t wait for my parents to receive this of their little dog Bentley !

Update: received a proof the next day and after I approved my product quickly shipped. I received my product within a day or two. Super fast and excited to have my family open it for Christmas. The overall shopping experience on the site was fine. The filters allowed me to browse with ease and pick a product. I enjoyed seeing real examples of the products by the customers for each design they have. I submitted my order and got an confirmation email letting me know I should be contacted to approve a proof within 5-6 days. It's been about a week and have not yet been contacted, so I am a little nervous about timing, especially with the holidays coming up.
