Super disappointed. Ordered December 8th, received a couple of communications letting me know I’d see proofs in 4-6 days and my order would be shipped overnight to arrive by Christmas. Never heard another word. Followed up multiple times with customer service and received no response at all.

Ordered over a month ago. Paid for expedited service. Hasn't even shipped. Should have gone with someone else....hope it comes eventually but I guess Christmas will be a little bit worse than already expected

I placed my order Dec 2nd and was told I would get my item in time for Christmas. The company doesn’t respond to emails, you can’t call them and you certainly can’t get your money back. It’s a rip off. I don’t understand how scams like this is allowed. If a business makes shipping claims they must honor it.

Ordered first week of December haven’t received a proof yet before Christmas. Go on their FB page and you’ll see countless similar stories. I’m sure their products are great, and perhaps usually ordering from them in great. However, Christmas is 3 days away and I can’t even wrap a print out of the gift I ordered.... Oh and I paid for priority queue.

This place is a total scam. They say on their website that they will expedite your order for extra money. Then they ignore follow up emails asking for a status update. Don’t believe the estimated times they have listed on their website. I’ve been waiting much longer for my painting and for a reply to my follow up emails.

I order from them on December 2nd and got the expedited option which would be 2-3 weeks. As of now, December 22 the item hasn't even printed. Their customer services is extremely slow in responding as it took 5 days for me to get a lackluster response that was only an apology. I will never order from them again and regret doing so the first time.

Waiting 10 days so far to move from “waiting for Artist”. Emailed to ask for an update and there was no response. Terrible service, would cancel my order if I could. I suspect this company will he out of business soon with service like this.
