Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I ordered this, but am not feeling comfortable about it. There is no way to review what you have ordered, nor do they send a "proof". Some of the samples they give have the animal head pointing one way, but the finished product is the other way. Do they change it?--or does the customer have to flip it first? There are too many unanswered questions on this site, but I took a chance. Hope I like the result.

I have not been able to access status of my order or tracking for two days. Message says “try again later” I paid extra for it to arrive faster. It is a birthday gift, and I have no idea when to expect it.

I found the website to be a bit confusing and feel it does not present your WONDERFUL product in the best possible way. Photos are adorable and I really loved the ones which have the pet AND the artwork as it's fun to see the "real" and the "artistic" interpretation. The part I found difficult to manage occurred when we decided on the artwork we want to use, "The Dame" and then tried to go back and find it and see other "The Dame" pets. Is there a better way to help customers manage this step of the ordering process? Also, once I placed my order and uploaded my pet's photo, it would have been reassuring to see her pix as part of the order. Is this possible?? All in all, the pets carry the site and I find them all to be just wonderful and your portraits just amazing!

The ordering process was fast and easy, however it would be nice to get a rough idea of what the canvas will look like and also an estimate of delivery. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I’ve received no update. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product and hopefully receiving it before the intended birthday that I plan to gift it.

I placed my order and it being the first time I had a discount but when I placed the order it did not go through and was told to reorder but I did not get my discount. Other than that it seems good

The style was nice, but it was hard to apply my discount at the end. It needed to be associated with my email. I forgot to do it after I entered my email, and then I contacted customer service, but I haven't heard back.

The "body" image is blurry. I think you should use higher definition image. Why should I tell a printing company doesn't make sense. But at least it's not pixelated. I had to say it. But overall, i'm satisfied. Maybe just a bit pricey for the quality of the print. One last thing. Your ad says you're sending a paper proof to approve. I also asked yo get a paper proof in the order's comment section. I didn't get any. The result looks good. The details of my dog's face are great. But I think there's some corrections that could be made to offer a better service. That's all.

Security problem While the order process went well, there is a trust problem somewhere as my bank blocked the transaction?? It took 24 hrs before the order was approved by the bank?
