Its simple, clean, organised and easy to use. Had no problem finding what i needed. I only would add the measurements both as it is as well as metric for those of us in Europe or else. The rest, bravo. Can’t wait to see the canvases.

This is a great site, with adorable selections. For items with more than 1 pet, I wish you could upload an additional photo for each.

I received an email to say the picture wasn’t going to work, thank you, but when I went to pick another one, it took the first one I chose and I couldn’t amend it again after. I did send another via email so hope you pick the best one.

Still waiting for a proof to review a week after submission. Love the website and hoping our print turns out.

This is my first experience with this website when I started the purchase process the website stated I would have proofs to approve in 5-6 days. Today’s day 8. With the holidays around the corner I fear if anything needs to be altered I won’t receive the pieces in time for Christmas. Hoping the end result is worth the wait After about 2 weeks from placing my order I received an e-mail about complications in their system and I received my proofs several days later. They expedited my shipment and I received it during the delivery time they originally promised. The 8x10s came out even fancier than in the preview. If I do another larger portrait in the future I would use a picture I didn’t pre-zoom prior to sending my photo I’ll definately use this again at some point in the future.

Good website

Pretty straightforward to use, but the number of options is overwhelming. Some better filtering tools would really help, like based on profile/straight ahead, or shape of the pet’s head.
