It was very easy to place my order. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of two was because I received a coupon and as soon as I hit submit for my order the application the website said that I had already used the coupon and then proceeded to remove my coupon and process the order without it.

I received a 10% off coupon in my email, but there wasn’t a place or prompt to use it when ordering.

It would have been good to have seen a preview of the portrait with the photo that we uploaded. Otherwise, it was easy to navigate and good to see the different examples of completed portraits along with the dogs they were of.

I was unsure if my pet photo had loaded. A stronger confirmation message could help. Also it would be nice to try your pets image with different outfits and see a mock up.

I wish there was a thumbnail or other confirmation that I selected the right pictures to be commissioned for portraits

This website wouldn’t let me checkout on Chrome on Mobile OR Desktop. had to use Internet Explorer ? Hopefully this company can figure out its checkout experience on such a hugely utilized browser.

Had to pay $20 in shipping to get my order when I wanted it, and it still didn’t come on time. I think it’s a little obnoxious to charge so much for shipping and not even meet the customers needs.

The adding on a discounted photo at the end of each purchase at a discounted rate is time consuming and does not allow you to upload a picture for the second picture at that time. Thus causing you to email pictures with less quality. No clear direction on how to get the second photo to the company of any quality so you're stuck emailing back and forth. Don't add on at the end of your order...wait for a coupon would be my recommendation.
