It has been 10 days and I have yet to get beyond the order acceptance step of the process! my photo has not yet been reviewed and sent to the artist.. and Christmas is 2 days away. I have contacted Crown & Paw in various ways and have yet to receive a response.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered my print on December 5; it’s now December 22 and I’ve gotten no update or status, nor any indication that anyone is working on this. I’ve also gotten zero response to my email to customer support about an update on this. Is this just a scam? If so - quite a smart one, but I’ll be demanding my money back and submitting a fraud claim to my bank if I don’t get some sort of response in the next couple of days.

I was incredibly excited about my order, something perfect for each of my siblings. But since the order, it has been radio silence from Crown & Paw. The order confirmation said to expect an email/contact in 9-10 days. That was 15 days ago. I have emailed customer service twice, but have not heard back either time. I'm beginning to wonder if my order will ever be properly processed or even produced at all.

UPDATE!! As soon as I posted my review, I was contacted 3 days later with the prints being mailed out... got the pictures, poor quality but at least received them. Still have not received my order

I was very disappointed. I ordered the first week of December in order to receive for Christmas. I even paid more to skip the line and get mine made faster and to have express shipping. It’s 3 days till Christmas and I haven’t even received an order update yet. Disappointed for sure .

I’m still waiting to “review” our order (12/4/2020) that we paid extra to get before Christmas, which isn’t looking very likely. EXTREMELY disappointed in this company and the lack of communication is horrible to say the least, I’ve reached out weekly and have NEVER heard back from anyone on my order! If I could give no stars I would!
