Excellent products! I am a return customer because their work is always well done. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is not being able to find the dimensions for the "sticker" product in the description or photos.

So far it has been enjoyable. I have not received my order yet so I am looking forward to it.

I am not displeased but I was thinking at this point I would have at least seen a proof? I placed an order over a week ago

*Update: Item arrived in time for Christmas. The company was (eventually) communicative about the delay and the picture showed up in great shape. Nice product, ready to hang on the wall. When I ordered my portrait I was told I would get a proof within 6 days. It is now day 8. My picture has not yet been sent to the artist but I have received multiple solicitations to buy more stuff and also to fill out this here review. I have serious doubts that I'll get my portrait in time to give it as a Christmas gift as I intend

I love this idea for my friend and her fur babies. I was excited to pick a background and get the photos uploaded. I am however getting nervous become I have not been able to preview the poster and I ordered over a week ago.

Site was easy to navigate, but it’s frustrating to wait over a week for a preview. If it’s not what you hoped for, you’re back to the starting line.

Would love to be able to see what the picture with our pets head looks like before placing the order.

customer service has been wonderful just waiting for the actual item
