I made a mistake on my first order and decided to make a second order and I would use my mistake as a gift. I got an email offering me 10% off my next order and tried to use it but it said it wasn’t a valid code. Other than that everything went well. I even sent in a question before placing my order and got a prompt response.

I'm still not sure if I'm getting photo of my own pet, since there was no option to upload photos. Also, the style I wanted wasn't available, and it seems like there is only one female pet style.

It was too easy to accidentally click to add an additional print after paying and no option to either confirm or undo. Otherwise my experience was easy and fine.

More color in the costumes. The pale and dark colors are too close to the animal colors.

Love the idea and excited to see final product! However, In this day and age I was hoping site was more interactive allowing me to Place my dogs photo in costume to pick best choice based on expression and head placement.

It would be useful to have a chatbot to answer questions, example, what size photo or pixel number is better (it just says "send a good photo).....or maybe if I have 5 fantastic photos to choose from, maybe have someone help me decide which one will best fit my dog´s portrait. Or some more guidance on how to get the best product for my purchase.
