Placed order around Thanksgiving...Have received no updates on my order and it is still not here! I have reached out to customer service several times with no return response. Very disappointed !

Ordered on 12/1, still not here, no proof delivered. Sent follow up emails to inquire that are unanswered. $80 Christmas present for my husband that is now wasted.

I ordered the item 2 weeks ago and I haven’t seen a preview or had anyone reach out to me except for 2 times to give a review. Maybe when someone gives me an idea what my picture will look like or an estimated delivery I can give a better review.

8 days still nothing to review and sent in a question regarding status of artist rendering and no answer in 36 hrs so far.

They waited 23 days then cancelled the order when I emailed support to ask about the status.

I should have checked reviews before placing the order.... but here I am like many of you. Just disputed the charge on my credit card, because “I never received the portrait” Beyond disappointed

I put in an order on December 6th still haven’t gotten a design sent me me and it is the 23rd super dissatisfied and disappointed that I paid so much money for a Christmas present I can’t even show them a design... Would not recommend this service to anyone

It’s been over two weeks since I submitted my order and photos (I even sprung extra $$ for the option to have my art rushed) and my order has yet to be sent to an artist. While I understand it’s the holidays, the site is VERY misleading in how long it takes to even get to the point of reviewing artwork. My gift will be likely arriving long after the holidays if it arrives at all because to date customer service has been very unresponsive. I would recommend trying another service because C&P don’t seem to have enough staff to cover the volume of orders or customer service calls/emails. Pretty disappointed in the buying experience as a whole.
