It was ok, but there were a few places where I got annoyed by the ux. At one point I was trying to place an order, when a pop up came up asking me to sign up for a newsletter. I was like "sure whatever" and did the thing, expecting to be sent back to my in progress order. Instead, I got sent back to the home page! So frustrating.

I thought everything was terrific,but there was no confirmation of the the files that I uploaded for each template and that was annoying. It would be easier for the consumer if there was a way to verify the files uploaded.

Everything is good but it's too bad that we can't see in the description which pictures we used for the portraits. Please make it happen in the next update of your website for a better experience. Love and support from France 💕

Website could be better. Like adding a confirmation of the uploaded picture in the shopping cart. When I wanted to confirm my order the site did not work, after a refresh it finally did. Also the two offers you have to click through after confirming your payment bothered me slightly. Can't wait for the final product though! I am exited.

Your communication although prompt is vague in delivery, I was offered two portraits, I wish to use two different animals on different portraits. (Im paying for two canvases but at a discount rate.) I received several emails telling me that the pictures I'm using are incorrect. In both pictures they are daylighting, taken by a camera phone, as new as possible, front facing pictures. (As possible) They have not told me which picture has issues. They just keep saying the same thing.. Also im unsure when this will be received, will we get to preview the final pic, ... Etc.

The website was great but there was no spot to enter my giftcard code into. Additionally, the only way to contact the company for help is via email, not by phone. Besides that, the customer service via email was great.
