Still waiting for a reply over a week later and it's not even been sent to an artist yet ? Would happily improve rating if someone replied back to explain the wait. Will look at seeking refund if no reply in 2 more days ( 10 days ) After finally reaching out, we had relatively good communication and the artwork was sent out, very happy with what arrived and this is reflected in the stars.

The website is user friendly and I was able to place my order very quick.

I am writing a review based on my online ordering experience, as I haven’t even received a proof from my order yet. The website was easy to navigate and the options are bountiful. The only caveat is I wish there were some way to see a “rough” way your picture will turn out. I know you have skilled artists working away on my order and I look forward to seeing it, as it’s a gift to my brother who has lost his pets. I’d like to commemorate them.

Very slick. Only thing that might help is if I could kinda crop/cut out the heads and place them. Just to visualize it. But that's kinda a lot I know.

Website is fine, in some instances would be nice to see the artwork in addition to the dog or various samples of different dogs. Would like some more options as far a genre.

Easy and simple process to order. Must be backed up with Christmas orders because communication since the order has been zero and the original quote was 3-5 days to be sent to artist, that was over a week ago. Artist still doesn’t have it.

Whole experience was quick and easy. Only reason I gave 4 stars not 5, is because I have not seen the proof you. Thx
