I expected i would receive a 'mock-up' of the finished product (i guess that MIGHT still happen) am hoping so. Also i added a message/note in the appropriate section & haven't received a reply. And LASTLY the cost showed clearly with AUD next to it ... until i got the check-out section where it then converyed from USD to AUD$$ which was annoying

The website was great until checkout! After I’d placed my order this stupid pop up appeared asking if I wanted a digital copy of my order for $10. Cool, I’ve seen that before no big whoop but this pop up would not allow me to click either supposed link so I was just stuck in order limbo, unsure if I had placed my order. It really turned the experience awful

I didn’t have the option to enter my coupon code when using PayPal.

I did not appreciate being forced to add the digital print to my order. The link to proceed with my order without adding the $10 digital print did not work, and I could not proceed to checking out without adding the digital print. If that is your intention, it would be better to just include it into the price right off the bat so your customers don't feel manipulated.

At check out you should be able to see the print you are picking side by side with the photo you are submitting. We had to have two windows open to make sure our photo was a good fit

I'm a bit annoyed to be honest! The initial experience was easy and fine - I'm just really disappointed that AFTER I ordered and paid for 4 prints, then I receive a discount offer after the checkout to order more? Ordering 4 prints wasn't cheap (especially in $AUD) and its a slap in the face to see there was a discount available if I had done four separate orders. I'm so looking forward to receiving them though, its been hard not to keep them a secret from the birthday girl's 40th present. ** Update ** Terrible Service, paid $30+ for 'express delivery (5-8 days) " and it showed up 6 weeks later. Tracking numbers do not work outside of the US. Continuous emails to their support team and only automatic AI responses. Finally, Received the goods. The 2x Canvas ones are good. The 2x posters looks like my 8 year old did them on photoshop. Very disappointed to spend over $200+ AUD and got the runaround, disappointed the wife with no bday present as it didn't arrive on time and the quality of the posters is overpriced. Clever concept though. I'm sure this fad will only be around for another few months before it becomes 'dated'.

I would have liked to have seen a preview of the pet picture in situ of the chosen theme... I know this is hard because it means you have to develop and provide software that allows customers to do it themselves as a rough online proof. And I know there are discrepancies due to online RGB colours versus CMYK print colours, screen colours, screen resolution. BUT I would have liked to have modulated the pet picture in contrast or brightness to match the chosen theme. The examples on the site were relatively good but what I did notice was sometimes a bright pet portrait on a darker theme and the contrast was noticeable. Anyway, easy feedback to digest, but knowingly, a lot harder to implement from a cost/benefit perspective! :)
