What a joke. I ordered a portrait on November 29th and paid extra to have it done and ready in 2-3 weeks. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and my order is still being printed, and has been for about a week now. Customer service takes forever to respond and when they do they give you the same run around. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but clearly that will not be happening. You’re better off not wasting your time and finding a local artist instead for pet portraits.

Ordered 11/25/2020 as of today 12/23/2020 still no order. Showed shipping 12/08/2020 no update since. This is the worst place I have ever ordered anything from. I have emailed on 4 separate occasions inquiring about my order. Get the runaround every time. There reviews on their site I don’t believe. But, I do believe the ones on the BBB’s site. Very disappointed. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter who recently had two of her dogs pass away.

Customer service is unresponsive... I paid extra to expedite and 3 weeks have gone by and it hasn’t even been “sent to the artist”. At this point, I think it’s a scam.

Horrific customer service. No communication and/or misleading communication. Dashboard said "ready to send to artist" 11 days after I made the purchase and 4 days after a "customer service" rep said an artist was working on it. When i begged for some communication today, I heard that they would ask the artist to treat this urgently. I don't even know what that means. Probably nothing. Still not ready 2 days before X-mas. Huge waste of money. Would not recommend.

I ordered on December 7th and paid extra to jump the line and expedite delivery. It is now December 23rd and not only has it not arrived, y'all haven't even sent me a print to approve. At this point I want a refund. Terrible experience in Christmas shopping
