Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

The website is very easy to use! I just wish I could preview the picture as I'm ordering it instead of having to wait until after the order goes through.

There needs to be a better way of logging in to an account. It took me 10 minutes to find a year old email with an old order number so I could see what size pictures I previously ordered. I don’t think I’ll go through that hassle again. I should be able to have a log in like every other shopping site

Really good experience. There are two things that would be great. 1. A favorite button on the product page so you can save the ones you like for future ordering and 2. A compare page where you can select 4 or more products so that you can compare them side by side. That would greatly help in making product selections.

The options. Website was easy to navigate. I wish I could figure out how to upload multiple photos so you could use one that might work best

This is my third portrait with you. The first was perfect and the second was a little lacking, so I am hoping this one of Sami is a beaut!! They are so precious when done correctly.

Easy enough to work out.

They did a great job on the picture. Still waiting for it to ship.

Website is easy to use, the tricky part is getting a good clear photo of your pet!!
