I think my service was fair. I ordered it a week ago. Got an answer very quickly. Previewed my order and love it. Paid another 20 dollars to move to the front of the line and have not heard a word since or recieved it yet. So hoping I get it soon.

I haven't received my portrait yet, so I'm not sure about the final picture or shipping.

Instead of getting any updates on my order, I keep getting reminders to submit my review. I placed my order a week ago and it has yet to be printed and shipped out. I even paid extra to “jump the line”, which I feel did not speed up the process. I can’t review the final product, as I’ve yet to receive it, so this review is only for the processing time.

Had to send the artwork back twice for revision, explaining what I wish could be different, and the artwork still didnt turn out the way I wanted it to, and it was a simple thing that could have been photoshopped better. I still like it of course, I just think it could have been better.

I would like to be able to narrow my search just a bit more. It didn't seem to want to allow you to choose feom every category available. I choose canvas and was hoping to also choose gender and number of pets to narrow my results a bit more. Aside from that it's easy to navigate.

My daughter gave me a gift card to Crown and Paw. You sent me a link to Regal Paw Traits. The gift card didn't work at Regal Paw. I had to try to contact you. It took a long time for a response. Then you gave me a new code for Regal. Then I couldn't use the 10% coupon you sent at Crown and Paw, it on worked at Regal. So.....I spent the card at Regal. There was a little bit left over on the card but couldn't use it at Crown. I ended up buying a picture at Regal and a mug from Crown. It was a frustrating experience!

No preview provided at or after time of purchase. Slightly more expensive than desired

Much of the ui is great. Simple and straightforward. However, i hated how many pages i had to scroll through. It was hard to keep track to narrow down what i wanted. Instead of having all these individual products. It would be nice to see the one costume and then choose what product to put it one. That way people might buy more than one thing with the image. Frankly, thats where u could make more money as the main overhead is the labor in editing the images. Also, i paid extra to have my order tracked and shipped to arrive faster. I thought i also jumped ahead in some line of image processing. However afterwards u offered me to pay another $15 to jump in front of the line, I thought I already had but i couldn’t get back to that page to verify. It felt shady. Plus its odd cause like if u have 10 orders and they all pay extra to jump the line then it will be done at the same speed that everyone elses is. Idk. Rush processing seems like a more neutral phrasing than “jump the line”
