They offered a 10% discount and provided a code via email. I entered the code at checkout and although the code was accepted when I entered it, they didn’t give the discount. Didn’t see that the discount was not applied until after they charged my credit card. Feels like a bait and switch. Disappointing.

I purchased two separate art pieces at the same time. I received the artwork to review for the second one purchased within a day of purchasing. I have yet to receive the artwork for the first art work I bought and it's now going on a week+. How does that make sense? Thank you for your time.

Lack of communication from the store during production and shipment. The pet either looks neckless or is given a flat colored neck, which is odd given the picture of the animal used, it seems you could use the fur. Once image was approved there was zero communication about the product status, but lots of emails on sales and promotions. No notification of shipment until I personally emailed an inquiry. Then it was sent in pieces so the gift was received in segments. I am still not even sure if the second piece arrived as I have not gotten any communication. There should also be a link for order status instead of constantly entering order number and email. Sadly the products did seem to produce the wow factor from the recipient. Overall not worth the price.

my refund request was processed quickly, but delivery and order number for several christmas presents were not resolved or responded to.

I purchased the pillow and it turned out differently than what the proof had looked like. The proof was really clear and crisp in appearance and the pillow turned out “fuzzy” hardly being able to tell the portrait and who was who. Disappointed considering I spent close to $80.00.

Your products are wonderful!!!! I would prefer to have all my orders under one account. having to log into each order number with different shopping carts is cumbersome. i ended up not ordering all the items I wanted.
