The website was super easy! The thing that hung me up was the delivery explanation. You break down the review time for 9-10 days, then 72 hour allowence for review (if needed the whole time), then 24 hours for printing, then 3-5 days delivery. But what when you select the delivery method it says standard 3-4 weeks or q jump for 2-3 weeks. None of that adds up to the delivery break down you stated without the q jump add on.

I really like your company and the web layout is great. I think you need more comprehensive software that allows users to try different photos with portraits. This process of my order was sluggish as I have to go through a personal revision. Also I think the price point is a bit high.

Editing for the final time! Picture now arrived and ahead of Xmas. The comms since my original review were great and it all arrived. This whole thing could have been avoided if they’d managed it better before everyone started complaining on Trustpilot. I’d buy from them again I’m editing this from my below response as after seeing my review the comms have been excellent and I now believe I will get my portrait. Best case scenario they are just overwhelmed with Xmas and have spectacularly bad comms (not answering emails) but the portrait will turn up at some point. Worse case they are a non existent company or about to fall over and I’ll have lost my money....I’ll wait and see, in the meantime I’d advise others to avoid

Might be useful to have a subsection where you can view one of each type (admiral, astronaut, etc) to scroll through quickly and get an idea of what you want, Then decide if you’d like a blanket and canvas. If such a section exists, I did not find it - I only used the mobile site, which might be why. Overall a fine website!

Ordered my product 11 days ago and still have not gotten my preview . I have tried contacting the company with no response . I will be disputing the charge on my credit card if they do not respond to my last attempt . Update: I received an email right after posting this review and almost immediately received the preview . I approved it as soon as I received it and it has now been in the sent to printer phase for the past 10 days. 3 weeks after ordering and it has still not been shipped . Update- I received my product it shipped right after posting the second update . Unfortunately it does not look like the preview . The bottom half is cut off. It was the firefighter canvas and the entire helmet is cut off. Hopefully Final update- The company got back to me regarding this issue and are sending a replacement. I am impressed that they got back to me immediately especially seeing it is Christmas Eve so I was very surprised! I get very nervous ordering products online (especially at this price)but this company has contacted me when I have posted reviews and resolved my issues. Once I receive the replacement I will be updating it to a 5 star experience. Update- I received the replacement and I am very happy with my product. Customer service addressed my issues and I would order again from this company.I changed from 1 star to 4 stars.
