I ordered on the 8th November and received my order today so took just over 6 weeks (I am in the UK). I am really happy with my product and although this was much longer that I expected, I wanted to reassure people that they have not been scammed. The tracking was a bit off and very slow but I received a response to all enquiries I sent within 24 hours and Crown & Paw even checked the address with me to make sure I did receive it. I know some people have not had the same experience but hoping Crown & Paw are working to improve the service.

My paintings did come and I’m very happy with them. I was literally about to contact my credit card company as I thought it was a scam. I paid extra for faster service on 13 November and receive my paintings on 10 December. There was no communication/updates from the company and when I checked my order on the website it only ever said “order received” and then reading the reviews made me very nervous that it was a scam. The fact you can’t call anyone is terrible service. So I have mixed feelings as I did get the paintings and I’m very happy with them but the stress of thinking I’ve been had and no communication from the company detracts from what is a fun present idea.

Uploading pic and ordering were easy enough, but I’ve had no update on when to expect to receive my order.

The painting is really well done BUT kitty’s head is not proportionate to the body, too small and I had added a note about him having one ear clipped and that was not reflected in the picture.

Site is inconsistent. I knew I wanted to place an order, but it took me probably 5 or 6 times to actually be able to. One time, no matter which canvas I chose, the same one always came up. Another time, my picture wouldn't load, nothing happened when I clicked the button. The next time I tried from my cell phone and the site kept taking me back to the home page. Once I finally placed my order, I am now running into the same problems trying to check my order.

Reached out to them because I hadn’t received my item. All their messages were going to the “promotion” folder in my inbox. No phone number to call them on. Be very clear with your picture otherwise they’ll print the first pic you send that translates in their system. You get what you give them.

I wish the website was able to produce a bit of a "preview" for how the photo you chose will look on the design you pick.

I live in the UK and this has been advertised across social media for a while. It would be great if it was made clear that this is a US company before you got to the delivery stage and found out shipping costs and times having gone through most of the process already. Expect to have a wait time of 2-4weeks and high shipping costs for the privilege.
