Honestly just use an Etsy artist Bc this is not worth it. I have waited over a month and still have yet to receive my painting. Every time I email mail I get the same response and they have resent my package because apparently the first one was never sent or lost. I check the tracking number everyday and it has yet to update or move. Pretty sure this is a sham and I’m attempting to get my money back.

Order was supposed to take 10-14 days. Artwork wasn’t even approved until after that. We ordered a month before we needed it for a present. Won’t be here in time and can’t get any customer support.

Placed orders for 2 prints on 12/5. Thought this would be received by Xmas. Received and email on 12/10 from the Founder that my proofs would be sent within 4-6 days... didn’t get either of them within that time frame. I’ve gotten one to review, but it still not printed/shipped. Haven’t seen a proof for the first order I placed. If y’all can’t meet your lead times, you should proactively communicate that to customers so they can decide if they want to keep their orders or not. If I had known that neither of these orders would be received by Xmas, I would not have ordered them. I know y’all are working hard and very busy... but sucks that both of these pricey gifts won’t arrive in time for Xmas. Thanks

If I could put 0 stars I would. The company promised delivery and timelines that they did not keep. They promised orders would be proofed within 4-6 days. They didn't even send it to the artist almost 20 days after the order. They promised delivery by the holiday, but they haven't even started the item and it is almost Christmas Eve. What's worse is that even though they are not meeting their promises they have started a program where you can pay extra to have your order expedited!!! How can a company offer an expediting service when they are not even meeting the promises to existing customers!!!

I have been waiting over 30 days and still haven’t received a proof. Their marketing team promises fast turnaround and 24-hr response from customer service, but in reality they’ll take your money and never respond. Negative comments are deleted from social media. Lip service is paid, but DMs are not read. They continue to pump out ads, but do nothing to handle their orders. They publicly blame USPS, despite the fact that people have been even received orders proofs after waiting for 3+ weeks. They spent all their money on marketing and none on expanding their capacity to handle the orders. Poorly managed company that has now verging on being a complete scam.

Customer service was awful! I ordered a portrait a month ago and still have not received it! The website specifically says to order by December 10th to receive by Christmas. I ordered on November 22nd. I had to email them several times in order to get an update or to get them to do anything with my order. I got an email on December 20th that my portrait was being printed as we speak and that I would get notified as soon as it ships. Three days later and it still hasn’t shipped. I understand it’s Christmas time and it’s busy but this is ridiculous! I ordered it a month in advance. I feel like it shouldn’t take this long. I’m disappointed I won’t be able to give my dad his gift.

I still have not received my order and then one day received an email that it was delivered by UPS..I was at home and no one delivered any package to me.. This is a total scam , Beware!! Not sure how I will be able to resolve this except post negative feedback everywhere I can.. No customer service number.

I ordered a gift for a family member for Christmas on 12/13 and per the website, writhing a few days should hear about a proof. Today is 12/23 and still no word on the proof. I contacted Crown and Paw On 12/20 to ask about the status because the order status page was showing up as blank. I understand things are busy on the holidays but if they don’t have the capacity the website should make that clear. It now looks like this gift most definitely won’t be here for Christmas but there is no clarity about when I might get a response or the present
