The portrait came very quickly and was well boxed and protected. The canvas was a little smaller than I expected and to be honest wasent worth the money i paid for it. The picture was a little blurry, slightly poor quality. But I'm sure my friend will be pleased.

Portrait came out great! I ordered the poster variation. However, they do not use a “do not bend” stamp on their poster envelopes, thus leading to my postal carrier bending my poster to fit it into my mailbox. No big deal, it’s only bent and I am planning on placing it in a frame. But I decided to reach out to customer service to let them know that the damage could’ve been worse and suggested they start using a “do not bend” stamp. I had to repeat myself in three different emails, the customer service agent assigned to my ticket kept insisting on sending another poster. I kept repeating myself that I do not want/need another poster, I have already gifted the original poster, and if they send another poster it will just be bent again. I did not feel listened to. The customer agent even said “we will send another poster immediately because customer care is our top priority.” To which I responded that if customer care is your top priority then please stop making me repeat myself and actually listen to me, if you send another poster I will return it, please just invest in a “do not bend” stamp. TL;DR: portrait came out great! But buyer beware, canvas will be your only guarantee that it will not be damaged. They do not take pride in their poster variety, and customer service thinks that sending a replacement fixes everything.

HI Guys, I ordered a print for my sister in-law while I was away overseas and had it delivered to my home in Australia so I could give it to her for Christmas. The truth is when I saw the portrait my first reaction was how fake or unblended it looked. It almost looked as if my five year old cut a picture out of her dogs head and stuck it onto of the Queens portrait. I've just finished reading another email from your company explaining that you may take a little longer to deliver orders once they are paid for as you take the time to make sure they are of good quality. Unfortunately I don't feel like my order was given much attention. I am so disappointed in the quality that I still haven't given it to her or shown her as I feel like it's a poor resemblance of her deceased fury friend. It currently sits behind a cupboard until I decide what to do with it. Honestly I wouldn't recommend your service to any of my friends or family.

This is ironic, because I had an ok experience with Crown & Paw,,,the first time. Three weeks from order to delivery as a gift for my dad. So I decided to get one for myself. Its been three weeks since I ordered, so I decided to check on the status. Well, they keep sending me my CURRENT order number, with my PREVIOUS old tracking number, so when I click on "track your package it shows an order date of December 29, 2019 and a delivery date of November 22nd. That's impossible. Of course when I emailed to explain the mix-up, they just keep sending me a link with my current order and an OLD tracking number. Over and over and over until I go insane, I suppose. I guess I was too lucky the first time.

Definitively happy with the end result, not too happy about paying extra to jump queue only to discover that my work was conveniently "just started" as I inquired about progress after more than three weeks. So I'd recommend it per se, but I wouldn't recommend paying extra to jump queue. The replies I got when inquiring were also vague to say the least.

Updates on order status are very lacking often non-existence; placed my order mid-November and just received Dec 23. The portrait *could* be considered cute but the image looks hardly like the cat I sent - whiskers were made white (ours has black) - maybe to make it look like light hitting them? I doubt I’ll order again - will at least make a good gag gift for my husband. I would consider this a gift for folks who appreciate humor and not as a serious gift.
