Submitted the picture and order nearly a week ago an no progress has been made. Still waiting for it to advance to the artist assignment phase. Wish I'd known it would be this slow of a process. They also constantly spam you with emails. Also, don't buy the $10 digital offer because the spam emails will offer it to you for free after your initial purchase. To top it off, the Company had the audacity to send a request for a review asking "how'd we do?". Let's just say NOT GREAT.

I have never felt the need to write a negative review for any business prior to this. I placed my order on Dec 2nd and apart from an email on Dec 11 informing me that I would receive an artwork proof within 2-4 days, I have had no other contact regarding the status of the order (I did try and cancel the order on Dec 9 when I realised that it wouldn't be ready for Christmas but was informed that this was not possible). When I placed my order on Dec 2nd the website stated that orders would be shipped in time for Christmas. I thought at the very least I would have a digital version to show my kids. Extremely disappointed in the service.

Worst experience ! ordered in time and paid for expedition - heard nothing and starting emailing daily asking for confirmation that it would arrive by Xmas -only received two answers after days none confirming my question but just giving status when I clearly asked if it would come by Xmas - the third reply ,after begging , gave wrong status saying it was not shipped yet when it actually had been - no phone number to call - all that was needed was Xmas delivery confirmation - it was an only gift from child to grandparent and 2 days before Xmas received notification - not from the company- but from the shipping link that it will arrive after Xmas -

I have sent numerous emails requesting an update on the status of my order and no one will respond. If you can't fulfill my order please at least tell me that. I just need an update - the status of my order has not changed on the dashboard in 2 weeks.

Terrible customer process. I ordered 3 canvas paintings, paid for expedited shipping, and bought the digital download as well. Essentially went all out on this company. My order was placed on December 1st. At the time, the website said it would take 14 days to arrive, plenty of time for Christmas. None of the products I ordered will arrive by Christmas. They have not even been sent to the artist for design yet, so I won't even be able to show the digital copy to the people I was going to give the products to. Customer service has been awful and no help at all.

I wish I could give a good review but I ordered my product almost a month ago and have not received much for updates. I emailed costumer service and have not heard back. I understand it’s a busy time of year but there were false promises that ordering in November the product would be here before Christmas. I’m just disappointed.

I placed my order 12-1 to receive in time for Christmas, have gotten numerous emails regarding promotion ms, yet only few regarding progress m. I sent a message yesterday expressing my concern about timing & haven’t heard back. Order status says it’s “with the artist....” My PayPal was charged fast enough! Tomorrow is Christmas Eve & I’m disappointed.

Nobody from customer service is getting back to me. I made a mistake on my order and nobody will help. I will never use this company again
