I wanted to add more personal info about my pet, but I couldn’t after a few minutes. If I could add more info about her I’d probably give a rating of 5. Cool pics though and I’m sure we will be very happy.

I think the idea of this product is great, and I enjoyed the variety of options available. The only thing I found hard to do was edit something one it had gone in the cart. Also found it difficult to order a second item—wish there was a continue shopping button. Looking forward to seeing my order .

So far it has been ok - just taking longer than expected to be sent to the artist. Been almost a week and my order is still sitting at "order processed."

The website is easy to use and placing an order is quick and straight forward. Having the photoguide as part of the checkout experience would be ideal. Having the ability to have a very basic estimation of what the final product would like would be far better, so that I could be assured that I'm choosing the right picture without introducing extra delays. Such as displaying the canvas photo with the face cut out that I could overlay on to the picture I've uploaded. Otherwise an easy and quick experience, can't wait to see the final product.

Loved the site but wish I could review how it would look prior to purchase.

The process and website of Crown & Paw are great and easy to use. The process of uploading a picture is well described and also easy to handle. Only 4 stars though as I am awaiting their feedback for almost 2 weeks now and still did not hear back, expected them to be a bit faster with their internal processes.

UK order. My 1st order went amazingly smoothly, received print within 10 days. This time I have been waiting 10 days to see my preview, I do hope it’s a Christmas backlog and that I’m not going to lose money and disappoint a child over Christmas with no gift!! Just communicate if there are problems, don’t hide. ....... My order is now being delivered so I’m putting this down to the festive rush and modifying the score from a 2 star.

Website was very user friendly and love the dashboard so I can obsessively check on what is happening with my order :)
