You set expectations and do not meet them or respond

I ordered this a month before Christmas and it is not going to arrive in time absolutely terrible customer service.

Great for leaving mom’s without presents for Christmas! Ordered well before Christmas shipping deadlines. Heard nothing for days. Reached out to customer service. Heard nothing. Reached out again and finally heard that it would be worked on ASAP. Approved the moment email was sent. Nothing for days. Shipped 12/23 with standard shipping even though I paid for expedited processing, and it will arrive almost on New Years, Nevermind Christmas! It doesn’t matter how it looks now. My wife won’t have a present on Christmas from my kids. Despite ordering weeks before and paying for quick processing. Too bad negative stars aren’t available. Bah humbug! Disappointing all around.

The order hasn't been shipped after a month after the buying.

Placed an order with this company over 2 weeks ago with expedited processing and shipping. Still no proof to approve, customer service wont respond via email, messenger, or on their Facebook site. Do not buy from this company, it’s a scam.

I placed my order several weeks ago and still haven’t received it. That means two Christmas gifts that I had planned to give will not get here in time. This is my fourth order with C&P and I’m so disappointed.

It’s been nearly 20 days since I placed my order and I haven’t seen any progress on the two paintings I requested. What is happening???? Worst service ever. Was supposed to be a Christmas surprise for my wife; so much for that.

Absolutely everything on their website is a complete and total lie. Horrible company.
