Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I cannot wait to get this gift. I really hope it arrives before Xmas. So looking forward to honouring a furry four legged friend

Everything was extremely easy. Only thing that would of been nice was to see an example of how the portrait would turn out. Not have to pay an extra $10. Other than that, I’m excited to see how it turns out!

Would love to have seen a preview so I know the image works!

I like the ease of the website to navigate but once I plugged in search features or options I wanted they didn't seem to stick. And other options kept popping up to the point that I didn't think the one option I wanted canvas not poster existed. I ordered poster because I thought canvas option didn't exist based my search for this one picture but then got the order changed to canvas through a help email. Other than that I love all the example pictures and all the options.

The digital art is great and exceeds my expectations. The printer and cropping of the actual portrait isn’t 100% but with some painterly tweaks looks fine and giftable.

I love it !! only thing is it s not possible to preview the selection when trying to choose . But Looking forward to the result.

It was easy to place an order, but I wish one could include more than 1 photo of the same animal that you wish to be immortalized.

We ordered the largest canvas for our dog. The communication from Crown and Paw was prompt and delivery of the canvas was very fast. The image of our dog blended nicely with the costume and background. The only issues we experienced is that the printed canvas of our dog's face was very dark and it was difficult to see his features (eyes, nose, markings, etc.). The image proof did not seem to appear as dark. (Our dog is a Saint Bernard with a white, brown and black coat.) Also, at the time of our order, there was a promo on Facebook offering a free mug (using the same image) with an order of any canvas. However, the code did not work on the Crown and Paw website at checkout to add the free mug to our order and when we left a message for Crown and Paw when responding to the image proof, we did not hear back about the mug. Crown and Paw is still a great service. We ordered another canvas last week.
