Other than take my money, they have done NOTHING!

I placed my order on December 7, and still have not received a proof to review. It's now Christmas Eve. I didn't expect to receive the finished piece by Christmas, but 17 days without any action from the company other than taking my money and sending me ads is ridiculous.

have not received anything...

Said we’ll get package by Christmas if order prior to dec 10. No contact no feedback no package still

I ordered my product 3 weeks ago, and my dashboard says that it hasn't even been sent to the artist yet.

Awful company. Abysmal customer service. I placed an order a month ago, was charged over $150 including their RIDICULOUS "queue jump" extra charge (which is meaningless), and they quickly took my money but that's the only thing they did quickly. It took almost three weeks to get my artwork proof and they have been ignoring me ever since. It's been a month, and I have no idea where my items are, no tracking number, no one responds to email inquiries, and I have no idea if or when I'll ever receive my product.

I have not received my order. I’m okay if it doesn’t arrive before Christmas but I have had no response to my order placed on December 7th. I need confirmation it is being worked on and when I can expect to receive the digital file and the mail delivery.

No one contacted me that for the digital and now my order is missing
