I’ve heard nothing about my order for weeks. I sent an email days ago inquiring about my order and zero response.

digital print was not delivered in time for Christmas as advertised. No one responds to emails.

Absolutely no communication. I’ve emailed about my portrait and heard nothing.

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. I was told on Dec 10th that my portrait was being finished up by an artist to be approved by me. It's the 24th now and no movement. It's been 4 days since my last inquiry with support and no answer. I ordered this Dec 2nd and it was supposed to be here for Christmas. From other reviews I've read, you can't even get a refund if I wanted. Even if the portrait turns out well. I would never shop with Crown and Paw again. For $80 this should be a quick process and quality customer service. If you see this DO NOT SHOP HERE

I ordered three pieces on December 5th. Not only has the order not been processed in 3 weeks, they have also not responded to my emails asking doe my emails. This company is garbage. Do not order from them.

You have asked for 2 reviews and I haven’t even received my proofs let alone the poster! I also paid extra to hurry the order!

I finally ordered because of a marketing email *they sent me* telling me if I also ordered a digital print, I would get the digital print in time for Christmas. That was over a week ago and my picture has yet to be given to an artist. I contacted customer service asking why my order has been stalled and never received an answer. After doing a basic internet search, this seems to be how this company is run. Save yourselves the hassle (and $$$) and DO NOT order from Crown & Paw.

Ordered on December 5th. It is currently December 24, the day before Christmas, and i have not been contacted at all to review the portrait and the item has definitely not been shipped. I paid extra for a queue jump and was told on the website it would be here by Christmas. Pretty bummed.
