I ordered on 6-12 knowing it would be a tight turn around. Nevertheless, the artist generates the image within 6 days so at the very least I could download the digital image I paid £10 for so I could include that in a card for the intended recipient. No contact at all from crown and paw, just silence. No updates. Nothing. They’ve really left me high and dry. I can’t recommend them as it stands. Steer clear.

Very disappointed. I placed my order Dec. 11th and haven't heard anything. Even paid extra for the Jump the queue option. No response to my email requesting information. I hoped that I would at least have the digital copy to give to my son for Christmas. The status has been 'sent to an artist' for over a week now.

Ordered prior to the websites stated cutoff date of 12/10. I also paid extra for queue hopping and faster shipping and it's still going to be late. I understand the holidays are crammed but you need to be upfront with people on your website and say it is too late and not bite off more than you can chew.

False advertising as to timeframe to get a proof Founder sent email out in early December saying anyone who placed their order by Dec 5 should be emailed a proof in 5 days I placed order on Dec 5 - it’s now Dec 24th and I have seen no proof Email answers are canned with no specifics Very sad -as my daughter can’t be home for Christmas this year and this was her main gift as per the info on the site when I ordered - since I paid expedite fee my order was to go to front of line That was a lie ~

I haven’t received the proof of my picture, no tracking number, when I click to check the status of my order it’s totally blank under “order status” and I’m left oblivious as to when my girlfriend’s Christmas gift is going to arrive while today is Christmas Eve. I’m beyond pissed.

Unrealistic expectations. In reading other reviews, looks like we’re not the only ones without Christmas gifts.

Terrible customer service and deceptive marketing. They said orders take 5 days to ship, and even send you an email of when you'll receive a proof, but I ordered a month ago and mine hasn't even been sent to an artist. I even paid extra for faster shipping. Good luck trying to get ahold of customer support, because they do not respond. I will be disputing charges with my bank. Avoid this company.

I placed an order on November 26th. It's now December 24th. My initial confirmation email said shipping would take 2-3 weeks. According to the dashboard on my account, my order has not even been printed, let alone shipped. Now I don't have a Christmas gift for my brother in law, because this was it. So disappointing.
